Preparation time: 5 minutes
You will need
5-6 basil leaves
10ml honey
2 drops of angostura bitters
Half bottle of ale (Try Golden Champion)
Method 1. Put the basil, honey, bitters and a quarter of the beer bottle’s contents in a glass and stir vigorously to dissolve the honey and release the flavours from the basil.
2. Fill the glass with ice then top with the second quarter bottle of beef. Garnish with a basil leaf.
