Jarmuż na 3 sposoby(chipsy) BBQ: - 1 bunch of kale
- 1/4 cup paprika - 2 Tbsp. chili powder - 2 Tbsp. brown sugar - 1 Tbsp. garlic powder - 1 Tbsp. salt - dry mustard 1/2 tsp - olive oil spray Wash and dry the kale. Remove the rinds, and break into bite size pieces. Lay out on wax paper on a baking sheet and sprinkle with the BBQ seasoning. Spray lightly with oil. Bake at 400˚ for 6-8 minutes tossing after 3 minutes. Kale should be crisp, but still green. Salt And Vinegar: - 1 bunch kale - 2 Tbsp. vinegar - 1 Tbsp. olive oil Wash and dry the kale. Remove the rinds, and break into bite size pieces. In a large bowl, toss and massage in oil to coat every kale piece (coated, but not soggy!). Sprinkle with salt to taste. Bake at 400˚ for 6-8 minutes tossing after 3 minutes. Kale should be crisp, but still green. Sour Cream And Onion: - 1 bunch kale - 1/3 cup macadamia nuts - 1/2 onion - 1/2 tsp salt - 3 Tbsp. lemon juice - 5 drops liquid stevia - 1/2 cup water Wash and dry the kale. Remove the rinds, and break into bite size pieces. Combine ingredients and blend well in a blender. Toss kale and mixture in a large bowl until every piece is lightly coated. Bake at 400˚ for 6-8 minutes tossing after 3 minutes. The droplets of mixture should brown slightly on the kale. Enjoy!
