So I have been getting requests for some of the things I eat, that is healthy but still delicious! Well here is one of them :) The contents are half a banana (or whole, which ever you prefer), 3 chunks of pineapple (frozen), 3 chunks of mango (frozen), half a peach (frozen), and a handful of kale. Add a tad of orange juice and a bit of water. Then blend until desired texture is achieved. :) and whoola! A delicious healthy smoothie :) Don't be afraid of the color ;) it still tastes great! I like to have a small cup of this with my protein bar in the mornings. Makes a great breakfast! NOTE: You don't have to use frozen fruit, (I like too because its cold and refreshing and has more of a smoothie texture), BUT it's still just as good when the fruit isn't frozen!
