STARTRAILS OVER VICTORIA Lincoln Harrison Photography
captured this image on the night of May 8, near Sedgwick, Victoria, Australia. Harrison took a foreground shot at dusk with an exposure of 80 seconds using f5.6, ISO100. The star trails are 672 images, each with 40 second exposure using f3.5, ISO1000. Harrison used a Nikon D800e with a nikkor 14-24mm lens. Harrison has increased the colour saturation; the colours come from the different temperatures of the stars. It took Harrsion 8 hours to capture all the images, from 1 through to 672, for the amazing final product.
